用户协议
欢迎使用圈日子（英文名 Dayhug，以下称「本 App」）。本 App 由图力工具（以下称「我们」）开发和运营。下载、安装或使用本 App，即表示你已阅读并同意本协议和《隐私政策》。如果你不同意，请不要使用本 App。不满 18 周岁的用户请在监护人的陪同下阅读本协议。
1. 服务内容
本 App 是一款免费的倒数日与纪念日工具，帮你记录生日、纪念日、节日等日子，提供公历与农历换算、提醒、小组件、实时倒计时、分享卡片和批量导入等功能。本 App 无需注册账号，不包含广告和应用内购买。
2. 你的内容
- 你在本 App 中记录的日子、备注、分类等内容归你所有，保存在你的设备和你自己的 iCloud 中（见《隐私政策》），我们无法访问。
- 请妥善保管你的设备和 Apple 账户。因设备丢失、未开启或关闭 iCloud、删除 App、iCloud 储存空间不足等原因造成的数据丢失，我们无法帮你找回。重要的日子建议开启 iCloud 同步。
- 你通过分享卡片发布的内容由你自行负责，请勿用于侵犯他人权益或违反法律法规的用途。
3. 日期、农历与节假日信息
本 App 的农历换算基于 iOS 系统日历，节气为天文计算结果，法定节假日与调休安排依据国务院办公厅发布的年度通知整理。我们尽力保证准确，但这些信息仅供参考：安排出行、请假等重要事项时，请以官方发布为准。尚未发布通知的年份不显示放假安排。
4. 提醒与实时倒计时
提醒和实时倒计时依赖 iOS 的通知、实时活动等系统功能，可能受系统设置、专注模式、低电量模式、系统版本和系统限制（例如实时活动最长约 8 小时）影响而延迟或不显示。请不要把本 App 作为唯一的提醒手段来安排对时间要求严格的事项。
5. 使用规范
你同意不对本 App 进行反向工程、破解、篡改，不利用本 App 从事违反法律法规或侵犯他人合法权益的活动。
6. 知识产权
本 App 的名称、图标、界面设计、贴纸、文字和程序代码等的知识产权归我们或相应权利人所有。本协议授予你在自己拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上个人、非商业地使用本 App 的有限许可。
7. App Store 条款
本 App 通过 Apple App Store 分发，你的下载和使用同时适用 Apple 的媒体服务条款与《许可应用程序最终用户许可协议》（标准 EULA）。Apple 不对本 App 承担维护、支持或担保责任。
8. 服务变更与终止
我们可能更新本 App 以修复问题或改进功能，也可能在提前公告后停止提供本 App。停止提供不影响你设备和 iCloud 中已有的数据。
9. 免责与责任限制
本 App 按「现状」提供。在法律允许的范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本 App 造成的间接损失，我们不承担责任；但法律规定不得排除或限制的责任除外。
10. 协议更新
我们可能修订本协议，修订后会在本页面公布并更新生效日期；重大变更会在 App 内提示。修订生效后继续使用本 App，即表示你接受修订后的协议。
11. 法律适用与争议解决
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法规则）。因本协议产生的争议，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，任一方可向我们所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。你所在地法律另有强制性规定的，从其规定。

Terms of Use
By downloading or using Dayhug (圈日子, “the App”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App. In case of any difference, the Chinese version above prevails.
1. The service
The App is a free tool for counting down to and remembering days such as birthdays, anniversaries and holidays, with Chinese lunar calendar support, reminders, widgets, Live Activities, share cards and import. No account, ads or in-app purchases.
2. Your content
What you record belongs to you and stays on your devices and in your own iCloud; we can’t access it. We can’t recover data lost because a device is lost, iCloud is off or full, or the App is deleted. Turn on iCloud sync for days that matter. You are responsible for what you share with share cards.
3. Dates and holidays
Lunar dates come from the iOS calendar, solar terms from astronomical calculation, and mainland China public holidays from the State Council’s annual notices. They are provided for reference only; please rely on official announcements for important plans.
4. Reminders and Live Activities
Reminders and live countdowns rely on iOS features and may be delayed or hidden by system settings, Focus, Low Power Mode or system limits (a Live Activity lasts up to about 8 hours). Don’t rely on the App alone for time-critical matters.
5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Don’t reverse-engineer, tamper with or misuse the App. The App’s name, icon, design, stickers, text and code belong to us or their owners. You get a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control.
6. App Store terms
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple’s Media Services Terms and Standard EULA also apply. Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the App.
7. Changes and liability
We may update or, with notice, discontinue the App; your existing data on your devices and in iCloud is not affected. The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. We may revise these Terms and will post the changes here with a new effective date.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory laws of your place of residence apply.
