隐私政策
本政策说明圈日子（英文名 Dayhug，以下称「本 App」）如何处理与你有关的信息。本 App 由图力工具（以下称「我们」）开发和运营。使用本 App 前请阅读本政策；如有疑问，可通过文末的邮箱联系我们。
1. 我们不收集个人信息
本 App 不需要注册或登录，没有我们自己的服务器或数据库，不收集、不上传、不出售、不共享任何个人信息，也不对你做跟踪或画像。App 内没有广告，没有统计分析、崩溃收集或其他第三方 SDK。
2. 你的数据存在哪里
- 本机：你创建的日子、分类、提醒和各项设置保存在 iPhone 上本 App 的存储空间中；主屏幕和锁定屏幕的小组件、实时活动从同一份本地数据读取。
- 你自己的 iCloud：如果你的 iPhone 登录了 iCloud 并允许本 App 使用 iCloud，上述数据会通过 Apple 的 iCloud（CloudKit 私有数据库）在你登录同一 Apple 账户的设备之间同步；「起始日算作第 1 天」「默认提醒时间」「小年按南方 / 北方」这几项设置通过 iCloud 键值存储同步。这些数据存放在你的 iCloud 私有空间，只有你能访问，我们无法查看。iCloud 由 Apple 提供，适用 Apple 的隐私政策。
- 如果你没有登录 iCloud 或关闭了本 App 的 iCloud，数据只保存在这台 iPhone 上。
3. 系统权限与用途
以下权限都只在你使用相关功能时才会请求，你可以拒绝，也可以随时在 iPhone「设置」› 圈日子 中关闭。拒绝某项权限只影响对应功能。
- 通讯录：只在你主动选择「从通讯录导入」时请求。本 App 在本机读取联系人的姓名和生日，用于列出可导入的生日；只有你勾选并确认导入的生日会保存为日子。不读取电话、邮箱、地址等其他字段，不上传通讯录。
- 日历：只在你主动选择「从日历导入」时请求。本 App 在本机读取日历中的日程标题和日期，供你挑选；只有你确认导入的日程会保存为日子。不修改你的日历，不上传日程。
- 照片（仅添加）：只在你把分享卡片「保存到相册」时请求，只能向相册添加图片，无法读取你的照片。
- 通知：用于你设置的提醒（如生日前一天）。提醒由 iPhone 在本机安排和显示，不经过我们的服务器。
- 实时活动：用于在灵动岛和锁定屏幕显示当天的实时倒计时，内容在本机生成。你可以在 App 的设置里关闭「当天实时倒计时」，或在 iPhone「设置」中关闭本 App 的实时活动。
本 App 会接收 iCloud 的静默推送，只用来得知 iCloud 里的数据有变化并同步，不用于发送营销信息。
4. 意见反馈
在「设置 › 意见反馈」写下的内容会通过你自己的邮件 App 发送到我们的邮箱，发送前你可以看到并修改全部内容。你可以选择是否「附带诊断信息」：App 版本、iOS 版本、机型、App 语言、主题和同步状态，不包含你记下的日子。我们只用这些邮件回复你和改进本 App，不会用于其他目的或提供给他人；如需删除往来邮件，发邮件告诉我们即可。
5. 评分与 App Store
当你点「给我们评分」时，本 App 会打开 App Store 中本 App 的页面；必要时会用本 App 的标识（Bundle ID）和所在地区向 Apple 公开的 App Store 查询接口获取本 App 的页面地址，这一查询不包含你的个人信息。App Store 中的行为适用 Apple 的隐私政策。
6. 本网站
本网站上的圈日子页面（toolix.cn/dayhug/）只提供本 App 的说明文档，不使用 Cookie，不做统计分析，不嵌入第三方内容。
7. 如何删除你的数据
- 删除某个日子：在本 App 中左滑或长按该日子，选择删除；开启 iCloud 同步时，其他设备上的这条记录也会一并删除。
- 删除本机全部数据：删除本 App。本机数据随 App 一起删除（如开启了 iCloud，iCloud 中的副本仍会保留，重新安装后会同步回来）。
- 删除 iCloud 中的数据：在 iPhone 打开「设置」› 你的名字 › iCloud › 管理账户储存空间（或「储存空间」），找到「圈日子」，选择删除数据。
- 停止同步：在 iPhone「设置」› 你的名字 › iCloud 中关闭「圈日子」。
因为我们不持有你的数据，以上操作完全由你在自己的设备上完成，无需联系我们。
8. 未成年人
本 App 不收集任何人的个人信息，包括未成年人。不满 14 周岁的未成年人请在监护人的陪同和同意下使用本 App。
9. 你的权利
依据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》等法律，你对个人信息享有查阅、复制、更正、删除等权利。由于我们不收集、不保存你的个人信息，你可以直接在本 App 和 iPhone 设置中查看、修改和删除自己的数据。如有任何问题，请联系我们，我们会在 15 个工作日内回复。
10. 政策更新
如果本 App 的功能变化使数据处理方式改变（例如引入新的服务），我们会先更新本政策并修改生效日期；重大变化会在 App 内提示你。

Privacy Policy
1. We collect nothing
Dayhug (圈日子, “the App”) needs no account and has no servers or databases of its own. We do not collect, upload, sell or share personal information, and we do not track or profile you.
2. Where your data lives
- On your iPhone: your days, categories, reminders and settings are stored in the App’s storage on your device. Widgets and Live Activities read the same local data.
- In your own iCloud: if your iPhone is signed in to iCloud and iCloud is allowed for the App, this data syncs between your devices through Apple’s iCloud (your CloudKit private database). Three settings (count the start day as Day 1, default reminder time, and the Little New Year convention) sync through iCloud key-value storage. Only you can access this data; we cannot. iCloud is provided by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
- Without iCloud, everything stays on this iPhone only.
3. Permissions
- Contacts — requested only when you choose to import from Contacts. Names and birthdays are read on your device; only the birthdays you confirm are saved. Nothing is uploaded.
- Calendars — requested only when you choose to import from Calendar. Event titles and dates are read on your device; only the events you confirm are saved. Your calendars are never changed or uploaded.
- Photos (add only) — requested only when you save a share card. The App can add images but cannot see your photos.
- Notifications — for the reminders you set. They are scheduled on your device.
- Live Activities — for the live countdown in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen, generated on your device. You can turn this off in the App’s Settings or in iOS Settings.
The App receives silent iCloud pushes only to learn that synced data has changed.
4. Feedback
Feedback is sent from your own Mail app, and you can see and edit everything before sending. Diagnostics (App and iOS version, iPhone model, language, theme and sync status — never your days) are optional. We use your email only to reply and improve the App, and will delete our correspondence on request.
5. Rating and the App Store
“Rate Us” opens the App’s App Store page. If needed, the App asks Apple’s public App Store lookup service for the page address using the App’s bundle ID and your region; no personal information is included.
6. This website
Dayhug’s pages on this site (toolix.cn/dayhug/) use no cookies, analytics or third-party content.
7. Deleting your data
- Delete a day in the App (swipe left or touch and hold). With iCloud on, it is removed from your other devices too.
- Deleting the App removes its data from this iPhone. Your iCloud copy remains until you delete it.
- To delete iCloud data: Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage (or Storage) › 圈日子 / Dayhug › Delete Data.
- To stop syncing: Settings › your name › iCloud, then turn off Dayhug.
8. Children
The App collects no personal information from anyone, including children. Children under 14 should use the App with a parent or guardian.
9. Changes
If the way the App handles data changes, we will update this policy and its effective date first, and let you know in the App about significant changes.
